1. Quality guarantee:
1.1 the guarantee is one year from the date signing acceptance protocol, T-die’s guarantee is two years. silicon rubber’s guarantee is half year, other accessories which entrusted purchasing are not in our guarantee range. In guarantee time, manufacturer provides and changes the damage spare parts free except the wrong operation and- 12 - man-made factor’s ones.
1.2 Quick action to machine breakdown If machine breakdown during production in warranty period, the seller shall guide the buyer to solve the problems. If the buyer can not solve the problem, the seller shall confirm engineers’ oversea service in 72 hours. 1.3 Oversea installation cost shall be borne by the buyer (cost includes room and board, travel, salary etc.)
2. Technical service:
2.1 Technical document provide:
a. Foundation drawing required operation for installation and erection of the machine.( provided in 30days after validating the contract.)
b. Operation and maintenance manual.(including all units’ operation & maintenance)
c. Machine structure drawings d. Electric drawing f. Equipment inspection certification g. Main spare parts’ inspection certification, instruction manual, catalogs.
2.2 Manufacturer’s engineers help end-user to install and debug, training their operators. 2.3 Manufacturer will try best to help end-user to deal with problems during daily production.

3. What about the payment term?
Generally,30%T/T in advance, 65% after trail test and inspection,
5% against copy of shipping documents.
4. What is the warranty?
For main parts, warranty is two years,
some consumptive parts’warranty is one year.
5. What is the delivery time?
Generally our big machine’s delivery time is 120 working days,
middle machines’delivery time is 90 days,
small machines’delivery time is 60 days.
